Since opening Calimesa's first sushi restaurant in 2014, 21 Sushi House has been a labor of love. The name "21" β chosen by co-founder Cici Zhang β translates to "love you" in Chinese, a sentiment that permeates everything we do, from the fish we source to the rolls we craft.
Master Chef Kevin Zhou brings years of Japanese culinary training honed in restaurants across California and beyond. Every roll is made to order using ingredients sourced in small batches so freshness is never compromised. That commitment has made us one of the most loved sushi destinations in the Inland Empire.
Our two locations β in Calimesa and Yucaipa β serve the communities of San Bernardino County with the same passion, quality, and hospitality that has defined us from day one.
